20 different class options available each week to help you get in top shape. Our unique, result-driven workouts destroy body fat, sculpt muscle and increase metabolism, burning calories long after you stop sweating. We have a “No Champion left behind” philosophy where each member feels welcomed, pushed, and encouraged to get one step closer to their goals. Classes bootcamp style circuit strength training with a nice mix of cardio and HIIT. Members can come ready to be challenged on all levels but never defeated.

The NLB studio class is a 1,500 SQ Ft Functional space to suit all your weight lifting and cardio needs. The space includes turf, free weights, kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes, landmines, boxing bags, medicine balls, trx suspensions, aerobic steppers, barbells, dumbbells, and more.

Our 60 minute workouts are a combination of muscle building strength training and high energy cardio designed to get you to your next level. Genetino Coplin is the Founder and CEO of GCope Fitness where his mission is to transform his clients lives mentally and physically through movement and mindset coaching. He has spent the last 9 years coaching thousands of clients through his award-winning bootcamp classes and online transformation programs. After thriving in the corporate world for 6 years, he decided to open his first fitness studio in Buffalo NY at the start of 2019. He offers results driven workouts that focus on burning unwanted body fat and building muscle definition. He thrives off the opportunity to motivate his clients to create the habits necessary to achieve their goals every time he steps into his studio. He believes that working out and eating healthy are not only necessary to lose a few pounds but can help eliminate physical limitations, increase confidence, and totally transform the way you live your life each day. He is known for his tough-love approach and strives to remind the world that it’s “Always A Next Level”.
