The NLB studios are functional spaces designed to meet all your weight lifting and cardio needs. Each location features turf, free weights, kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes, landmines, boxing bags, medicine balls, TRX suspensions, aerobic steppers, barbells, dumbbells, and more.
We offer over 20 diverse classes each week. Our BootCamp classes are limited to 16 participants, providing a high-energy, group-focused environment.
For more personalized attention, our Semi-Private Team Training sessions are capped at 6 participants. Each 45-minute workout combines muscle-building strength training with high-energy cardio to help you reach your next level. Our certified trainers are committed to pushing you and holding you accountable.

Genetino Coplin is the Founder and CEO of GCope Fitness where his mission is to transform his clients lives mentally and physically through movement and mindset coaching. He has spent the last 9 years coaching thousands of clients through his award-winning bootcamp classes and online transformation programs.
After thriving in the corporate world for 6 years, he decided to open his first fitness studio in Buffalo NY at the start of 2019. He offers results driven workouts that focus on burning unwanted body fat and building muscle definition. He thrives off the opportunity to motivate his clients to create the habits necessary to achieve their goals.
He believes that working out and eating healthy are not only necessary to lose a few pounds but can help eliminate physical limitations, increase confidence, and totally transform the way you live your life each day. He is known for his tough-love approach and strives to remind the world that it’s “Always A Next Level”.
